Press Release

Deeside – 2 June 2026 – Reacta Healthcare, a UK-based pharmaceutical manufacturer specialising in the development and production of oral food challenge materials for clinical trials, has been officially accredited as a Great Place to Work Certified organisation.

This certification is a significant achievement, based on validated and anonymous feedback from Reacta Healthcare employees and collected through Great Place To Work. As the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place To Work uses its rigorous, data-driven For All™ methodology to evaluate employee experience. This accreditation has confirmed that 90% of employees consistently report a positive experience at Reacta Healthcare.

“The consistent positive feedback from our employees about their experiences with colleagues, leaders, and roles is immensely meaningful. We will use this fantastic achievement as a benchmark to further enhance our employee experience moving forward. Thank you to our employees whose honest and candid input into the survey has enabled us to earn this prestigious recognition.”

– Paul Abrahams, Reacta Healthcare CEO

“Achieving a 90% positive employee experience score is particularly meaningful when measured against Great Place to Work’s established benchmarks, and it reflects the strength of our culture relative to high-performing organisations. These results show that our employees’ day-to-day experience at Reacta is not only positive, but stands out in a way that reinforces our position as an employer of choice.”

– Sophie Griffthis Head of People
