Dr Martin Wickham Addresses Practical OFC Workshop in Guangzhou

Reacta Healthcare’s Chief Innovation Officer, Dr Martin Wickham, presented at the Practical OFC Workshop in Guangzhou, hosted as part of the 2026 Cross-Strait Medical and Pharmaceutical Exchange Association, Allergy Medicine Professional Committee 2nd Academic Conference at the Guangzhou Yuexiu International Convention Center.

His talk, OFC in Clinical Trials: Dosing, Blinding & Regulatory Standards, covered the scientific and regulatory engineering behind a rigorous Oral Food Challenge: dose escalation design, blinding validation, outcome grading, and what regulators require when an OFC becomes a primary efficacy endpoint.
